The ideal candidate has 20+ years in water/wastewater consulting, a PE license, and a strong track record in leadership, risk management, and cross‑functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires PE licensure with reciprocity across states.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead multi-discipline teams on planning, design, permitting and construction of water/wastewater projects.
• Plan projects from inception through construction, managing scope, schedule, budget, safety and quality.
• Mentor junior staff in technical and project management skills.
• Win new work by building client relationships and pursuing opportunities statewide.
• Coordinate with other groups to market and deliver full-service opportunities.
• Travel 10–30% for meetings, site visits and BD activities.
