Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Florida Roadway / Transportation Leader. As the Senior Roadway Leader - Florida, you will lead the statewide roadway transportation team, drive growth, and manage top and bottom-line results across the state.

You will collaborate with regional leaders to deliver FDOT PS&E projects, expand the client base, and mentor staff while upholding QAQC standards and design excellence. This role can be based in any Florida office.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing, negotiating, and managing scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Proven success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships in Florida.
• Proven business development and marketing experience in Florida.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical and professional staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts for major clients.
• Achieve marketing and business development (MBD) sales goals.
• Lead and participate in key pursuits and campaigns.
• Work with Transportation BC Leadership to drive client relationship strategy.
• Identify priorities and opportunities based on market research and client relationships.
• Expand client base and develop win strategies, pursuit plans and proposals.
• Track pursuit success rate and ROI for key pursuits.
• Lead Go/No Go Review process and monitor compliance.
• Maintain the Stantec Opportunity Pipeline for all MBD efforts.
• Increase visibility of Stantec through client engagements to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with local/BC leadership on cross-discipline project communication and best practices.
• Ensure office meets operation goals and adheres to PM framework.
