Stantec seeks a Florida Roadway / Transportation Leader to guide the statewide roadway team across Florida. The Senior Roadway Leader - Florida drives growth, oversees major FDOT PS&E projects, and aligns delivery with strategic goals across offices.

The role partners with regional leaders to expand client relationships, win new work, and ensure high-quality design and project execution within a dynamic, multi-office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Florida PE license (FL PE).
• Experience leading roadway/transportation projects in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide roadway/transportation team in Florida.
• Achieve marketing and business development goals.
• Oversee project delivery, QA/QC and technical quality.
• Mentor and develop staff and manage cross-discipline collaboration.
