Job summary

Stantec seeks a Florida Roadway / Transportation Leader. As the Senior Roadway Leader - Florida, you will lead the statewide roadway team, drive growth, and oversee FDOT PS&E projects, leveraging your Florida highway experience.

Collaborate with regional leaders to expand client base, manage budgets and schedules, ensure QA/QC, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality transportation design across the state.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team development across large projects.
• Track record in growing client base and delivering BD goals in Florida.
• Experience with FDOT Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E).

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts for major clients and drive growth across Florida.
• Meet marketing and business development goals and pursue campaigns.
• Oversee project delivery, QAQC, and technical quality across the office.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with BC and local leadership on staffing.
