Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Transportation Alternative Project Delivery Leader for Florida to oversee the delivery of major transportation design-build programs. You will manage technical design, risk, contract administration, and quality across projects while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

This role requires 15+ years in engineering and project management, Florida experience, a PE license (or eligibility), and strong business development to expand client relationships and pursue new

Qualifications

15+ years in engineering and project management on large transportation projects (APD preferred).
Florida experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
PE license or eligibility within 6 months; ability to license in needed states.
PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-disciplinary teams on APD projects from planning to design and construction services.
Serve as deputy design, design manager, or quality manager on APD projects.
Represent Stantec as a technical leader on major APD projects.
Manage resources, costs, schedules, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Develop client relationships and pursue new business for Florida Transportation APD work.
