Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Florida Alternative Delivery team, based in any Florida office. You’ll develop and lead a team of engineers, manage budgets, and oversee design production for transportation projects, while building strong client relationships and pursuing innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in engineering services, a Florida P.E. license, and a background in design-build or alternative delivery.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of engineering services with progressive responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Florida P.E. license.
• Experience leading design-build or alternative delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on Design Manager for Florida Transportation Alternative Delivery projects.
• Lead transportation projects and assist with design production.
• Maintain relationships with teaming partners and clients.
• Mentor and develop Florida-based staff in alternative delivery.
