Job summary

Day & Nite AmeriServe is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking Equipment Technicians to relocate to Florida for service in Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami and surrounding areas. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC/R and cooking equipment in diverse commercial environments while earning a relocation bonus and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience combined with service technician expertise in HVAC/R systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC design principles, refrigeration cycles, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read schematics, electrical diagrams, BAS, and technical manuals.
• Skilled in equipment troubleshooting, HVAC system repair, installation, and maintenance procedures.
• Proficient with hand tools, electrical testing devices (such as ohmmeters), and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of EPA regulations related to refrigerants and environmental safety standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and mechanical systems.
• Read schematics, electrical diagrams, and BAS layouts to diagnose issues.
• Perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment.
• Repair or replace compressors, fans, thermostats, wiring, and plumbing connections.
• Provide clear explanations to clients and document work.
