Job summary

Day & Nite AmeriServe is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, or Cooking Equipment Technicians willing to relocate to Florida. You will install, service, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, read schematics and BAS layouts, and perform electrical diagnostics with professional tools.

Qualifications

Proven HVAC/R service experience.
Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams.
EPA refrigerants knowledge and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems including boilers and mechanicals.
Read schematics, diagrams, and BAS layouts to diagnose issues.
Perform electrical diagnostics with tools like ohmmeters and hand tools.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance for efficiency and safety.
Provide clear explanations to clients and maintain service records.
