Job summary

Day & Nite AmeriServe in Florida is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking Equipment Technicians open to relocation from outside Florida. You will install, service, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, and related systems across diverse commercial environments.

Relocation bonus of $5,000 is offered, with competitive pay from $25 to $45 per hour based on experience and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial HVAC/R systems and cookline equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, electrical diagrams and BAS layouts.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and hand tools, safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Interpret schematics and diagnose equipment issues accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on systems.
• Explain repairs to clients and maintain service records.
