Day & Nite AmeriServe in Florida is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking Equipment Technicians open to relocation from outside Florida. You will install, service, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, and related systems across diverse commercial environments.

Relocation bonus of $5,000 is offered, with competitive pay from $25 to $45 per hour based on experience and knowledge.

• Experience with commercial HVAC/R systems and cookline equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, electrical diagrams and BAS layouts.

Bring your construction experience, service expertise, and mechanical knowledge to a company that values your skills and dedication!We are actively looking for skilled Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking Equipment Service Technicians to support our Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, and Tampa Bay locations.Duties:Install, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and mechanical systems.Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and building automation system layouts to accurately diagnose issues.Perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment problems using tools such as ohmmeters and hand tools.Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to ensure efficient operation and compliance with safety standards.Repair or replace components such as compressors, fans, thermostats, electrical wiring, and plumbing connections.Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly.Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed for accountability and future reference.SkillsProven construction experience combined with service technician expertise in HVAC/R systems.Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC design principles, refrigeration cycles, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.Ability to read schematics, electrical diagrams, building automation systems (BAS), and technical manuals effectively.Skilled in equipment troubleshooting, HVAC system repair, installation, and maintenance procedures.Proficient with hand tools, electrical testing devices (such as ohmmeters), and diagnostic equipment.Knowledge of EPA regulations related to refrigerants and environmental safety standards.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.Valid driver’s license with experience as a van driver preferred for timely service calls.Qualified relocating technicians can receive:$5,000 relocation bonus !Competitive pay of $25–$45 per hour, based on experience and technical knowledgeCompany vehicle and tools providedHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation, sick time, and holidaysPerformance-based bonuses and incentivesOngoing factory and technical trainingOpportunities for advancement and career growthTo qualify for the relocation bonus, candidates must currently reside outside of Florida and relocate to Florida to work in one of our Florida service locations.
