Empower Rental Group is hiring a Branch Manager for the Tallahassee, FL location. You will oversee all aspects of the branch with full P&L responsibility, driving sales, customer service, and operations excellence.

Collaborate with support centers and peers across a growing national network. The role requires leadership to build a high-performing team, manage inventories, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is required; 10 years branch-level or higher management with full P&L responsibility is preferred.
• Experience in construction or industrial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve operational and revenue goals set by leadership; monitor branch financial performance.
• Mentor and support branch sales professionals throughout the sales life cycle.
• Build a cohesive Branch team to meet customer requirements.
