Job summary

NADG is seeking a Regional Operations - Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Florida portfolio. This hands-on role involves frequent travel throughout Florida, field visits, and collaboration with the property management, facilities, and asset management teams to ensure efficient operations and project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in property, retail location, or multi-location operations.
• Strong understanding of building operations, maintenance, and service standards.
• Experience managing projects, vendors, and budgets while leading field teams.

Responsibilities

• Support operational performance of Florida retail portfolio through property visits and collaboration with on-site teams.
• Conduct operational reviews focusing on maintenance, curb appeal, vendor performance, and tenant experience.
• Enter as interim/full-time Property Manager to ensure continuity of operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and capital planning with operational insights.
