NADG's Brandon Exchange, a premier retail destination in Tampa, FL, seeks a Property Manager to lead daily operations. You will supervise security, housekeeping, maintenance and operations teams, coordinating with leasing, accounting and asset management to achieve top-tier performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience within the retail real estate industry.
• Experience operating an enclosed regional mall is preferred.
• Leadership roles in a major retail environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and service groups.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of Brandon Exchange, ensuring the asset is maintained and operated to the highest standards.
• Lead a team of security, housekeeping, maintenance and operations professionals with clear performance standards.
• Partner with leasing teams to support tenant success and occupancy objectives.
• Oversee RMU and kiosk programs, including merchandising strategy and vendor relationships.
• Lead property marketing initiatives to increase traffic and tenant sales.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts and capital plans.
• Monitor financial performance and drive operational efficiency.
• Oversee capital improvement projects from planning through execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, service providers and owners.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and recommendations to senior leadership.
