Job summary

NADG is seeking a Regional Operations - Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Florida portfolio. The role involves frequent fieldwork across Florida, working with property management, facilities, leasing and asset management teams to ensure assets operate efficiently and projects are executed effectively.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of leadership in property/retail operations, strong vendor management and budgeting skills, and a willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in property/retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, vendor management, and service standards.
• Ability to oversee interim Property Manager responsibilities and manage budgets.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Florida and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support operational performance of NADG's Florida retail portfolio through regular property visits, assessments, and collaboration with on-site teams.
• Conduct inspections with a focus on maintenance standards, curb appeal, vendor performance, tenant experience and asset presentation.
• Step into Property Manager responsibilities on an interim or full-time basis as needed.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and capital planning by providing operational insight and cost recommendations.
• Assist with procurement, contract reviews and vendor management across the portfolio.
• Support property management teams with tenant openings, relocations and redevelopment readiness.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership and promote best practices across the portfolio.
