Job summary

Titan America is seeking the Vice President, Concrete Products for Florida to lead the Florida Concrete Products business with full P&L accountability for a $650M multi-site operation across the state. You will drive profitability, safety, and operational excellence while shaping growth across 45 ready-mix plants and 8 block facilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in concrete products or industrial manufacturing.
• Track record of profitable growth and multi-site P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
