Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor field-based Outreach Liaisons and Telehealth Coordinators.
• Monitor daily activity and engagement metrics.
• Identify outreach zones and manage market strategy.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant data workflow from field to enrollment systems.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Manage outreach materials and travel planning.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and providers about services.
