Job summary

Evolve-Therapy-Services seeks a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in a sunny region of Florida. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with relocation assistance and is contract-to-permanent.

You will plan, organize, and direct OT services, conduct resident screenings, implement treatment plans, and ensure compliant documentation and billing. Must hold an OTA license and maintain licensure through ongoing CE credits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Must have active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in the facility.
• Conduct regular resident screenings to determine best interventions.
• Perform treatment plans and follow short- and long-term goals per plan of care.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with team members.
• Ensure proper documentation and billing of occupational therapy services.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily.
