You will plan, organize, and direct OT services, screen residents, implement treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice required.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention and treatment.
• Perform treatment plans and follow goals per plan of care.
• Communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to residents and team.
