Job summary

Lundbeck, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on brain health, is seeking a BioPharmaceutical Area Sales Manager for Florida. This role leads a high-performing team across Orlando, Tampa, and Miami, driving sales in psychiatry products while developing strategic plans and coordinating cross-functional efforts.

The candidate will recruit, coach, and develop Account Managers, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure compliant, effective messaging to providers and payers.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in any field and a track record of sales leadership.
• Minimum 3+ years sales management in pharma/biopharma or related fields (external).
• Internal candidates require commercial experience in sales management or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse, high-performing Account Manager team to achieve promoted product sales goals.
• Set area strategic direction and tactical plans using analytical insight to maximize results.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and ensure adherence to Lundbeck standards and policies.
