Job summary

Case Medical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to grow the Florida territory.

This field-based role requires building lasting relationships with hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory centers while expanding Case Medical's portfolio of Sterile Processing, instrument care, and infection prevention solutions. You will travel 50–70% of the time, collaborate with internal teams, deliver product demonstrations, and navigate complex purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Medical device, healthcare, surgical, clinical, or related sales experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow an assigned geographic territory.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience working with healthcare decisionmakers and multidisciplinary buying groups.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities.
• Grow and expand existing customer accounts.
• Build relationships with hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and other healthcare organizations.
• Develop relationships with Sterile Processing, Operating Room, Infection Prevention, Supply Chain, Value Analysis, and perioperative leadership.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, trials, and clinical in-services.
• Navigate healthcare purchasing processes, Value Analysis Committees, contracting, and GPO environments.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and territory reporting.
• Consistently work toward achieving or exceeding territory sales goals.
• Collaborate with Case Medical's clinical, customer service, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
• Represent Case Medical at regional meetings, conferences, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
