Job summary

Performance Health is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our Sales team in central Florida, covering hospitals, VAs, and outpatient rehabilitation facilities. The role involves daily in-person visits to grow market share within a defined territory that includes Tampa and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of B2B medical sales experience, a proven sales track record, and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in business-to-business medical sales.
• Proven track record in sales and ability to grow market share.
• Experience growing a curated portfolio of products to customers.
• Previous experience in Medical and/or Rehabilitation industry preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (CRM) and MS Office.
• Daily travel within the territory is required.

Responsibilities

• Consults with Directors of Rehab, ER managers, and other leaders to educate on Performance Health products.
• Builds relationships with customers through in-person visits to expand market share.
• Prospects new accounts and customers within the territory to grow year over year.
• Drives territory growth through strategic prospecting and cross-selling.
• Provides product trials and in-service to customers.
• Develops and adjusts territory plans using customer insights.
• Maintains territory data and reports to support business decisions.
• Serves as a trusted advisor with professionalism and credibility.
