Chrysalis Health in Florida is seeking licensed and eligible clinicians to provide individual and family therapy with a focus on OPTimal mentorship and professional growth. The role combines in-person community work with telehealth options to improve access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs and provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings.
• Experience or interest in OPTimal mentorship and professional growth.
• Strong compassion, engagement, and desire to help others.
• Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Coursework or majors in Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, Forensic Psychology, or related fields.
• Transcripts must include content in Human Growth & Development, Diagnosis and Treatment of Psychology, and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in the community; some sessions may be telehealth.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, school counselors, and other professionals.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress with patients and families.
• Provide individual and family therapy on psychosocial issues and caregiver support.
• Maintain professionalism and compassionate care.
