Job summary

Chrysalis Health seeks Florida-licensed Psychologists (PhD/PsyD) for evaluation work with youth referred by DJJ. Positions are 1099 independent contractor with flexible scheduling across Florida counties, focusing on assessments rather than ongoing therapy.

You will conduct comprehensive forensic evaluations, review records, and produce court-ready reports while enjoying supportive administrative assistance and ongoing referral flow.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD) required.
• Experience conducting psychological evaluations, forensic assessments, or juvenile assessments preferred.
• Ability to conduct in-person evaluations and produce court-ready reports.
• Strong assessment, writing, and documentation skills; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological, forensic, and diagnostic evaluations for youth involved with DJJ.
• Review clinical records, collateral information, legal documentation, and prior assessments.
• Develop diagnostic impressions and clinical recommendations.
• Complete professional, court-ready evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with referral sources to support evaluation outcomes.
