Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking Florida-licensed psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to conduct juvenile forensic evaluations for youth referred through the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ). This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and a steady flow of referrals statewide.

Evaluators will perform comprehensive assessments, prepare court-ready reports, and collaborate with referral sources, all while maintaining autonomy and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD).
• Experience conducting psychological evaluations, forensic assessments, or juvenile assessments preferred.
• Ability to conduct in-person evaluations.
• Strong assessment, report writing, and documentation skills.
• Ability to complete evaluations and reports within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological, forensic, and diagnostic evaluations for youth involved with DJJ.
• Review clinical records, collateral information, legal documentation, and prior assessments.
• Develop diagnostic impressions and clinical recommendations.
• Complete professional, court-ready evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with referral sources as needed to support evaluation outcomes.
