Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking Florida-licensed psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to perform psychological, forensic, and court-related evaluations for youth referred by DJJ. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling across Florida and a steady stream of referrals while avoiding ongoing therapy or caseload management.

Ideal candidates conduct comprehensive evaluations, possess strong report-writing skills, and can work in-person with youth in various settings, including DJJ

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD).
• Experience conducting psychological evaluations, forensic assessments, diagnostic testing, court-related evaluations, or juvenile assessments preferred.
• Ability to conduct in-person evaluations.
• Strong assessment, report writing, and documentation skills.
• Ability to complete evaluations and reports within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological, forensic, and diagnostic evaluations for youth involved with the Florida DJJ.
• Review clinical records, collateral information, legal documentation, and prior assessments.
• Develop diagnostic impressions and clinical recommendations.
• Complete professional, court-ready evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with referral sources to support evaluation outcomes.
