Job summary

Chrysalis Health in Florida is seeking Florida-licensed psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to perform psychological, forensic, and court-related evaluations for youth referred by the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ). This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and no ongoing therapy responsibilities.

Evaluators may work across Florida, in Chrysalis offices or their own practice, and in DJJ facilities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD).
• Experience conducting psychological evaluations, forensic assessments, court-related evaluations, or juvenile assessments preferred.
• Ability to conduct in-person evaluations and complete reports within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological, forensic, and diagnostic evaluations for youth involved with the DJJ.
• Review clinical records, collateral information, legal documentation, and prior assessments.
• Develop diagnostic impressions and clinical recommendations.
• Complete professional, court-ready evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with referral sources as needed to support evaluation outcomes.
