Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking Florida-licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) to perform psychological, forensic, and court-related evaluations for youth referred by the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ).

Openings statewide, with a focus on assessment work and autonomy; roles are 1099 Independent Contractor positions with flexible scheduling and no ongoing therapy responsibilities. Opportunities exist across Florida.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD) required.
• Experience conducting psychological, forensic, and court-related evaluations.
• Ability to conduct in-person evaluations.
• Strong assessment, report writing, and documentation skills.
• Ability to complete evaluations and reports within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological, forensic, and diagnostic evaluations for youth involved with the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ).
• Review clinical records, collateral information, legal documentation, and prior assessments.
• Develop diagnostic impressions and clinical recommendations.
• Complete professional, court-ready evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with referral sources as needed to support evaluation outcomes.
