Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for vertical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of preconstruction services and constructability.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days.

• Develop and manage the overall project schedule.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety policies.
