Job summary

HireVenture in Miami, FL is seeking a Project Executive to lead major vertical construction projects nationwide within Florida. You will partner with Operations, Preconstruction, and Project Management to ensure successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership on large projects, strong financial oversight, and proven ability to mentor teams while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience on large commercial projects.
• Experience in executive-level roles such as Project Executive or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and mentor staff.
• Strong financial management including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for one major project or a portfolio of concurrent commercial construction projects.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies; ensure quality and financial performance.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
• Lead executive-level client meetings and manage relationships with owners, architects, lenders, and trade partners.
• Oversee contract administration, forecasting, financial reporting, and project profitability.
• Drive operational consistency and continuous improvement across assigned projects.
