Real Estate Executive Search, Inc. seeks a Land Acquisitions Manager to drive land parcel acquisitions across Florida for development across multiple product types.

You will source, underwrite, and close deals, leveraging deep knowledge of Florida markets and regulatory considerations. The role invites complex negotiations, coordination with the operating team, and a payout structure featuring a 1% bonus of the acquisition cost at closing.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of real estate land acquisitions experience including sourcing, underwriting and acquiring land for development.
• Experience acquiring land in Florida is strongly preferred.
• Base salary is open with significant bonus potential based on land acquisition cost at closing (1%)
