Job summary

Fifteen Group Capital LLC in Miami, FL is seeking an Acquisitions Associate to source, underwrite, and close real estate opportunities across Florida, California, and Texas. Based at our Miami headquarters, you will work directly with the Director of Investments and senior leadership on high-impact transactions.

You will lead financial modeling, due diligence, and market research, while building broker relationships and supporting the investment process from sourcing to closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree a strong plus.
• Experience with multifamily or commercial real estate acquisitions in California, Florida, or Texas preferred.
• CFA, CAIA, or progress toward designation a plus; Argus certification and real estate license in Florida or California a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with brokers, owners, and deal flow sources across FL, CA, and TX.
• Lead underwriting and financial modeling for acquisition opportunities.
• Coordinate due diligence and third-party reports for acquisitions under contract.
• Prepare investment committee memoranda, deal presentations, and lender packages.
• Support negotiation of letters of intent and purchase and sale agreements; manage closing process.
