Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years' experience in clinical, healthcare, office/auditing, or higher education setting.
• Prior experience in clinical coordination, healthcare administration, higher education operations, or related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical education environments, regulatory requirements, or accreditation standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student clinical placements to ensure preparedness for clinical coursework.
• Maintain accurate placement records and ensure hours meet timelines and procedures.
• Evaluate placement capacity and assign students based on program/site requirements.
• Provide guidance to students regarding clinical requirements, timelines, and progression.
• Prioritize competing placement issues based on program needs, risk, and stakeholder impact.
• Follow site protocols when requesting placement and assigning students to experiences.
• Analyze placement challenges and escalate complex issues to leadership as needed.
• Support student compliance processes and maintain documentation.
• Communicate compliance expectations and status updates to students and faculty.
• Track and report compliance data to identify risks and improve processes.
