Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years' experience in clinical, healthcare, office/auditing, or higher education setting.
• Prior experience in clinical coordination, healthcare administration, higher education operations, or related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical education environments, regulatory requirements, or accreditation standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student clinical placements in accordance with established timelines to ensure preparedness for clinical coursework.
• Maintain accurate placement records to ensure clinical experiences fulfill required hours, within timelines and in accordance with university procedures.
• Evaluate placement capacity and determine appropriate student assignments based on program and site requirements.
• Provide guidance to students regarding clinical requirements, timelines, and progression, exercising judgment to support successful outcomes.
• Prioritize competing placement issues based on program needs, risk, and stakeholder impact.
• Follow site protocols when requesting student placement and assigning to clinical experiences.
• Escalate complex or high-risk issues to leadership as needed.
• Support student compliance processes to ensure requirements are completed by deadlines and prior to participation in clinical experiences.
• Track, verify, and maintain compliance documentation according to requirements.
• Communicate compliance expectations, deadlines, and status updates to students and faculty in a timely manner.
• Assess student compliance issues and determine appropriate interventions or escalations with leadership.
• Analyze compliance data to identify risks, trends, or gaps and provide recommendations to leadership.
