Wright-Pierce's Florida Civil group seeks a licensed Civil Engineering State Group Leader to manage staff and municipal projects while guiding the state's civil growth strategy. The role supports our Tampa, Jacksonville, or Maitland offices with a preferred hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities include strategic planning for group growth, project guidance in stormwater, streets, drainage and site improvements, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Florida Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• 15 years of civil engineering experience.
• Municipal Florida project experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• MS degree is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Strategic plan advancement and growth of the civil engineering group.
• Overseeing project guidance for stormwater, streets, and site improvement projects.
• Mentoring of engineering staff and collaboration with internal groups.
• Proposals, bids, and presentations development.
