Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Aviation Project Manager to lead and grow the Florida Aviation group. You will manage projects from small General Aviation airports to large hub airports, coordinating with clients, engineers, and the design team.

Responsibilities include scope development, AIRPORT CIP alignment, grant administration, and overseeing airfield projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Florida PE license or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing airport infrastructure projects; Florida experience expected.
• PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain within 60 days); licenses in other states are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Florida Aviation group, overseeing projects at various airports.
• Lead scopes, costs, schedules, and resources; coordinate with design teams and clients.
• Prepare project deliverables, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Support grant administration and CIP-related activities; engage in proposals and client meetings.
• Mentor staff and contribute to marketing and project pursuits.
