Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Charlotte, NC seeks a Floriculture Account Manager to lead floriculture crews and manage relationships for commercial accounts. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, train crews, ensure site visits, and support sales by growing the flower-only portfolio.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of crew management with customers, proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A company vehicle and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing landscape maintenance/enhancement crews and interfacing with customers.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-year or two-year program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of floriculture crews and coordinates with other Account Managers.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through relationship building, communication and site visits.
• Identifies resources needed, schedules crew members and assists with designing, purchasing, and planting.
• Supports crew leaders with floriculture training, equipment needs and daily instructions.
• Applies Landscape Workshop standards and recommends enhancements for seasonal color beds, pots and shrubs.
• Tracks and reports team hours, expenses and sales weekly; maintains floriculture inventory.
