Landscape Workshop seeks a Floriculture Account Manager to lead floriculture crews and manage relationships with commercial landscape clients. You will report to the Director of Floriculture and coordinate with sales and field teams to ensure projects meet standards and client expectations.

Your responsibilities include daily crew supervision, resource planning, training, and implementing company methods. You will help grow the flower portfolio and report weekly on hours and inventory levels,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing landscape maintenance/enhancement crews and interfacing with customers.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-year or two-year program preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manages day-to-day operations of floriculture crews and coordinates with fellow Account Managers on shared resources.
• Ensures customers are fully satisfied through relationship building, communication and site visits.
• Identifies resources needed for the team: schedules, crew members, and assistance with designing, purchasing and planting.
• Supports crew leaders with floriculture training, equipment repairs and daily instructions.
• Implements Landscape Workshop methodology and enforces project standards.
• Recommends enhancements to seasonal color beds, pots, and shrubs for new and existing customers.
• Responsible for growing the “flower only” portfolio and tracking team hours and expenses.
• Maintains the floriculture inventory weekly.

We currently have a full-time position available for a Floriculture Account Manager. An Account Manager is responsible for managing the floriculture crews and customer relationships for a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts. The Account Manager reports to the Director of Floriculture, has a strong work ethic and enjoys interacting with our crews, sales team members and clients.

Account Manager responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Manages the overall day-to-day operations of their floriculture crews and coordinates with the team of fellow Account Managers on shared resources
• Ensures that customers are completely satisfied through relationship building, communication and regular site visits
• Identifies resources needed for team and assigns individual responsibilities: schedules, crew members, assists with designing, purchasing, and planting
• Available to crew leaders for floriculture training, equipment repairs, daily instructions, labor conflicts
• Effectively applies Landscape Workshop methodology and enforces project standards
• Recommends enhancement opportunities to add/enhance seasonal color beds, pots, bushes to both new and existing customers.
• Responsible for growing the “flower only” portfolio.
• Track and report team hours, extra expenses and extra sales on a weekly basis
• Maintain the floriculture inventory weekly

Position Requirements

• Minimum 2 years managing landscape maintenance/enhancement crews and interfacing with customers
• Proficient with computer software programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong work ethic
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-year or two-year program preferred
