National Bank of Arizona is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Florence to lead sales and service efforts, grow client relationships, and manage branch operations. The role emphasizes business development, staff development, and achievement of sales targets within a community banking context.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail banking sales, a proven track record of branch leadership, and the ability to work with diverse customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s in a related field plus 3+ years in management, business development, and banking operations preferred.
• Proven track record with business development and retail banking sales.
• Local candidates preferred; Florencе or nearby AZ communities.
• Thorough understanding of bank products, services, and processes; able to work with diverse clients.
• Willingness to travel to surrounding branches and NBAZ Phoenix Corporate Offices when needed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement external and internal sales and service programs to achieve branch goals, including business development.
• Create a vital sales and service environment foster­ing teamwork with partners and other departments.
• Develop branch staff, expand customer relationships, achieving sales goals and exceeding service expectations.
• Drive results in developing staff and customer relationships to meet branch targets and service standards.
• Oversee overall branch performance and day-to-day operations.
