Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3+ years in management, business development, and banking operations or related experience.
• Proven track record in business development and retail banking sales.
• Local candidate preferred (Florence, AZ area).
• Knowledge of bank products and services; ability to work flexible hours and travel to nearby branches.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement external and internal sales and service programs to achieve branch goals, including business development.
• Create a vital sales and service environment fostering teamwork with partners and other corporate departments.
• Develop branch staff, expand customer relationships, achieve sales goals and exceed service expectations.
• Drive results in developing branch staff, expanding customer relationships, and exceeding branch performance goals.
• Responsible for overall branch performance.
