ShopRite of Bricktown is seeking a Floral Clerk in Bricktown, NJ. The role emphasizes delivering great customer experiences while pricing, stocking, and rotating merchandise in the Floral Department, and keeping the area neat, clean, and visually appealing.

This position requires physical tasks, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work varied shifts. The job focuses on safety, friendliness, presentation, and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English fluently.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate certain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and QA standards in the Floral Department.
• Greet customers and assist with pricing, stocking, wrapping, and displaying merchandise.
• Follow procedures for receiving, dating, storing, pricing and rotation of products.
• Differentiate between flowers/plants and related merchandise and provide care guidance.
• Keep display cases stocked and attractive; ensure product quality and rotation.
