Job summary

You will help with merchandising, assist with store layouts, enter orders in POS, and build long-term customer relationships while delivering thoughtful service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, helpful attitude
• Guide guests through floral and gift selections with confidence and care
• Build relationships with customers and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Educate guests about flowers, plants, and product care
• Create and wrap flower arrangements in-store
• Enter orders accurately in POS system and gather customer information
• Assist with merchandising, product rotation, and store resets
• Keep retail displays clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Monitor product quality and remove expired items as needed
