Job summary

Dr Delphinium in Dallas is seeking a Client Relations Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on delivering standout customer experiences from first contact to final delivery. In our fast-paced, service-driven florist environment you will drive new business, build lasting relationships and coach staff to uphold impeccable service standards with creativity and integrity.

Qualifications

3+ years of proven leadership experience in a call center, retail, hospitality, or client service environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing Client Relations team focused on creating standout customer experiences from first contact to final delivery.
Implement, review and improve all call center policies, procedures and service standards.
Ensure proper staffing levels and scheduling within the department.
Proactively handle escalations and turn challenges into loyalty-building moments.
Collaborate with other departments regarding product or service issues.
Ensure customers are serviced correctly and given high priority.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of POS systems.
Monitor department KPIs with HR and coach team members.
Provide coaching and feedback, including formal corrective action; conduct annual performance reviews.
