Your role includes overseeing daily operations, maintaining delivery standards, and serving as the primary contact when the Delivery Manager is unavailable. You will coordinate routes, vehicle checks, and staff training while upholding the brand and policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of delivery experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills; friendly, professional.
• Excellent communication and leadership presence.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver floral arrangements and gift items.
• Determine efficient delivery routes and meet delivery times.
• Follow all safety and delivery instructions.
• Provide exceptional customer service at delivery; verify signatures.
• Maintain professionalism and communicate with clients and teammates.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist Delivery Manager with admin tasks and routing.
• Act as contact when Delivery Manager is out of office.
• Rotate weekday closing shifts and weekend supervisor shifts.
• Collaborate with designers, client relations, events, and retail teams.
