Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Strong telephone skills and ability to establish rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with florist business helpful but not mandatory.
• Floral Design experience helpful but not mandatory.
• Ability to work as part of a team while completing tasks in a timely manner.
• Typing Ability (30 WPM).
• Point of Sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift 40lbs unassisted.
• Stand up to 8 hours daily, and up to 10 hours seasonally.
• Commitment to a flexible schedule in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases and inquiries in a retail setting.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Support floral design and station tasks as needed.
