Job summary

Fresh Support, Inc. is hiring a part-time merchandiser to stock and maintain floral and food & beverage displays at local Target stores. You will drive sales by ensuring high-quality, fully stocked displays and report on displays via company apps.

Responsibilities include stocking, checking product quality, maintaining backroom-to-floor displays, and coordinating with store management. Prior experience in merchandising or floral work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising best practices.
• Creativity and knowledge of how to present products effectively.
• Education and experience in merchandising/retail floral preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull products from back room and bring them to the display/sales floor.
• Check for bad flowers and expirations; check plant soil and water as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and display updates.
• Display safety signs and clean all display surfaces.
• Clean floor around the display and ensure ongoing standards are met.
• Communicate and report via approved apps, including photos to the reporting app.
• Report status to store management after completing displays.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Travel between several store locations; extensive travel not required.
