Job summary

Fresh Support, Inc. is seeking a friendly merchandiser to stock floral and food & beverage displays at local Target stores. You will manage back room to floor transfers, ensure displays stay well-stocked and attractive, and assist with reporting via smartphone apps.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including holidays and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising best practices.
• Creativity and knowledge of how to best present products.
• Some experience with merchandising, retail sales, or floral work preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required in most locations.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain floral and food and beverage displays at Target stores.
• Pull products from back room to the display/sales floor.
• Check for bad flowers and verify sell-by dates or defects.
• Monitor inventory levels and display safety signs.
• Clean surfaces and floors and follow display schematics.
• Communicate status and reports via company apps, including photos.
• Report display status to store management when finished.
• Perform other duties as assigned; travel between stores as needed.
