Job summary

The role is hands-on, with 80% field time, coaching teams on product presentation and customer service. You’ll adapt to priority shifts and collaborate with store management to uphold the company’s “Picture of Success.” Responsibilities include route oversight, performance evaluation, and staffing coordination with HR to ensure strong in-store support

Qualifications

• Valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor an assigned geographic region at Falcon Farms customers' points of sale.
• Evaluate merchandiser performance and allocate resources as needed.
• Cover merchandising routes and audit store displays.
• Train and provide feedback to merchandisers.
• Liaise with HR for staffing needs and compliance.
• Engage with store management to strengthen Falcon Farms' representation.
• Spend ~80% of time in the field supervising merchandisers.
