Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. seeks a Merchandising Supervisor to manage 5–9 merchandisers across a regional footprint, with roughly 80% field time in assigned locations.

You will train, monitor, and coach teams to uphold the company’s standards while ensuring excellent customer service and product presentation. You’ll drive route operations, coordinate with store teams, and adapt to seasonal priorities, holidays, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs consistently
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Regularly drive to stores and audit merchandisers’ work
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-disciplined with good self-management

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor a defined geographic region across Falcon Farms’ customers' stores
• Evaluate merchandiser performance and allocate resources as needed
• Assist with route operations including ordering, distribution and promotions
• Ensure displays are maintained and branding aligns with guidelines
• Train and provide feedback to merchandisers
• Collaborate with HR on staffing and compliance
• Engage with store management to strengthen Falcon Farms' presence
• Cover merchandising routes when required
