Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit multiple stores and keep floral displays attractive and well-stocked across the territory. You will work with local teams to create engaging displays and manage inventory using a mobile device for updates.

The role includes paid training, a mobile phone allowance, route support, and transportation reimbursement, with benefits noted for full-time staff where applicable. Typical hours are early morning shifts during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive at each store visit.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• During peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas), ensure stores are prepared for festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments as needed.
• Support teammates with special activities when required.
