Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser. Location: Various locations within your territory. You will ensure attractive flower displays, restock inventory, and coordinate with store teams to maximize visual impact and inventory control.

The role includes paid training, a mobile phone allowance, route-based transportation reimbursement, and access to medical benefits for full-time employees. Flexible schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri mornings and Sat mornings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.
